Eva Themeli is a PhD candidate at the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. She holds a Civil Engineer diploma and a MSc degree on Water Resources Science and Technology. Her research activity is dedicated to Water Science and Technology and Environmental Engineering. Her specific areas of focus include the investigation of physicochemical and biological wastewater treatment technologies, biological nutrient removal processes, and the development of innovative attached-biomass-based systems for the sustainable management of landfill leachate.
