The 5th General Assembly meeting of the EU-funded project INNO4CFIs took place in Athens from 11 to 13 March 2026. The meeting was hosted by the Sanitary Engineering Laboratory (SEL) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

The three-day meeting brought together representatives from all partners, who presented the progress achieved during the second year of the project across several work packages, including project management, quality assurance, dissemination and sustainability, technology maturation, artificial intelligence and satellite observation, validation activities, green blockchain for carbon credits, and the development of business models for carbon farming initiatives.

NTUA contributed to the discussions particularly through Work Package 2 on the WEFE (Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems) Nexus and stakeholder analysis, highlighting progress in stakeholder engagement and system analysis activities. The agenda also included a local stakeholder workshop, networking sessions and a field visit to the Greek Living Hub in Mandra, enabling partners to connect project research with real-world implementation contexts.
