Working on a Nature-based Solution? Pitch It at CARDIMED in Marseille!
On 16 October 2026, CARDIMED will welcome public authorities, companies, consultancies and other organisations working on Nature-based Solutions (NbS) and climate adaptation to a dedicated Public Sector & Business Session during its General Assembly in Marseille.
The event will create a space for sharing expertise, presenting innovative solutions and developing new collaborations within CARDIMED’s European and Mediterranean network.
A key part of the programme will be “Come pitch your NbS!”, an opportunity for participating organisations and professionals to present their work through a concise seven-minute pitch.
Participants are invited to showcase.
At the same time, CARDIMED will hold a Research Session dedicated to the scientific work developed across the project. Researchers will present short pitches on climate, soil, water, biodiversity, and humanities and social sciences, creating opportunities to better understand ongoing research, identify synergies and foster future scientific collaborations and publications.
Together, the two parallel sessions will bring the scientific, public and business dimensions of CARDIMED closer together, reinforcing the project’s ambition to move Nature-based Solutions from knowledge and demonstration towards wider implementation and uptake across Mediterranean territories.
Take the opportunity to showcase your work, connect with a European and Mediterranean network, exchange experiences and explore potential collaborations around NbS and climate adaptation.
The programme will also feature round tables and exchanges with local authorities, regional clusters, consultancies and NbS and Climate hubs.
The session is organised by CARDIMED’s French partners Région Sud - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Aix-Marseille Université (AMU), Euro-Mediterranean Water Information System and Empan, together with Ea Eco Entreprises and EnvirobatBDM.
