Alexandra Tsatsou is a senior researcher and project manager at SEL, specialized in urban planning and climate resilience. Focusing on nature-based solutions as circular water systems, her expertise lies in integrating science, policy, and practice to transform visions and innovations into tangible solutions for climate adaptation. With over ten years of experience working with international organizations, public institutions, and communities worldwide, she is currently pursuing her PhD at SEL. Her research merges technological, institutional, and systemic perspectives towards the mainstreaming of NbS for renaturing human settlements, and fostering regenerative water resilience.
