Dr. Andriani Galani is a postdoctoral researcher and project manager in EU-funded projects at the Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, NTUA. She specializes in civil and environmental engineering, focusing on wastewater treatment, reuse, as well as the remediation of polluted water bodies. Her research includes NbS for water management, microplastic pollution assessment and the removal of heavy metals and micropollutants from aquatic environments. She is actively involved in projects on climate change adaptation and sustainable water resource management.
